Supportive Sober Companionship Services

A sober companion, or concierge recovery coach, provides one-on-one 24/7 LIVE-IN support for individuals in recovery from substance abuse. They are typically hired short-term, such as during early recovery after rehab, or longer based on the client’s needs. Sober companions offer 24/7 support—usually for 30, 45, or 90 days—to help clients transition back to daily life or prevent relapse. Services are tailored to each individual and may or may not involve a 12-step program. While residential rehab is best for drug detox, alcohol recovery can often be managed at home if intervention occurs before a crisis. Fees are per diem, based on case complexity, fees are private not covered by insurance, paid in advance.

Our small team of dedicated sober companions and case managers based in Los Angeles can deploy a sober companion here in Los Angeles, California or to most major cities in the United States. We also have a London based sober companion, and a Monaco peer support sober companion. We are here to guide and support you on your journey to sobriety. Trust us to help you succeed. We specialize in working with HNWI, UHNWI and celebrity clients. Our founder and head sober coach understands well the pressures of fame, paparazzi, and the constant stress of working with high-functioning members of corporations or HNWI/UHNWI. Our founder & chief sober recovery coach often takes on the 24/7 live-in role of a sober companion and/or case manager and leads our experienced boutique concierge approach to Celebrity Sober Companion services in Los Angeles. We are committed to providing personalized, compassionate support tailored to your unique needs. We are mostly Los Angeles based as a team, but have one very experienced sober companion who can travel if required. Our sober companions have at least 15 years sobriety each, are highly sophisticated and typically distinguished medical or clinical background with strong holistic approach.
